Because all items are custom and personalized, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
If there is an issue with your order:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
Do not discard the item until the claim is reviewed
If the mistake is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
